with Au Jus and horseradish sauce

Center cut 8 oz. strip steak

6 oz. Marinated boneless breast of chicken served with your choice of penne alfredo or rice pilaf

6 oz. Boneless Breast of chicken smothered in a Olive Oil, Garlic, White Wine Sauce Served with

Tenderloin of pork topped with rich gravy Recommended with potato dumplings

and tartar sauce
